Description

The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) invites sealed proposals for E-Citation Software & Database development, implementation and maintenance. In order to effectively manage a system of tickets and new options for administrative resolution, TriMet is procuring a new solution to allow for the issuance and processing of electronic tickets. Broadly, this includes issuing tickets via a smartphone application (printed via Bluetooth), a database for managing, tracking, and resolving those tickets, and for certain tickets, a web-based portal for payment of a fine and the transmission to the court of certain citations.
