Description

This opportunity is part of Metro's COBID Marketplace program. This program is for construction opportunities under $50,000. Opportunities are bid among State of Oregon certified COBID firms only. Competition requirements still apply but the opportunity is within the sheltered market of COBID firms. Metro is requesting sealed bids for pole building and shed demolition and site clean-up for Metro Parks and Nature Department. The work will include Contractor demolishing and legally disposing of the Metal Pole Building, foundation, planter, concrete slab, sidewalks and items associated with the structures, including debris around the structures. The Contractor shall legally abandon the septic tank by pumping the tank and backfilling with rock or sand. A Voluntary Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for all potential prime and sub-contractors on February 22, 2018, at 10:00 AM at 11197 N. Portland Road, Portland, Oregon.
