DescriptionThe State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) hereby provides a Public Notice of approval of a Request for Special Procurement SP-1018-18 for and integrated learning system provided by Aztec Associates. The contract will allow for the continued procurement of the annual renewal of licensing, maintenance and the purchase of new licensing for the internet version access to the service for a maximum of six (6) years ensuring Aztec Software Associates will be able to continue to provide services, support and upgrades for the customized Aztec software through March 31, 2024 without interruption. This is not an opportunity to submit a proposal. For more information see the SP in the "Attachments Exist" folder. This Notice is pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279B.085(4) and 279B.400 and the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 125-247-0287 and 125-247-0700. Any affected person may protest the approval of this Special Procurement. An affected person must deliver such written protest to Oregon Department of Corrections within seven (7) calendar days after the first date of this Public Notice. The written protest, pursuant to OAR 125-247-0700, must include: 1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; 2. A description of the resulting harm to the affected person; and 3. The relief requested.
