DescriptionThe State of Oregon, acting by and through its Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) hereby provides a Public Notice of approval of a Request for Special Procurement SP-1056-18 for Managed Print Services (MPS) provided by Xerox Corporation allowing a twelve (12) months beyond the maximum term of five (5) years ending July 31, 2018. The extension will allow sufficient time to do an Interagency Agreement (IAA) with DAS Printing & Distribution Services (P&D) for future MPS services; and bring ODOC in compliance with requirements of ORS 282.050(2) that the Oregon Department of Administrative Services control and regulate the performance and production of all multiple duplication work required by state agencies, including but not limited to xerographic or other copying devices. For more information see the approved Special Procurement and any other documentation in the "Attachments Exist" folder. This is not an opportunity to submit a proposal. This Notice is pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 279B.085 (5) and 279B.400 and Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) 125-247-0287, 125-247-0700 and 137-047-700. Any Affected Person may protest the approval of the Special Procurement. An Affected Person must deliver a Written protest to the State Chief Procurement Officer within seven (7) calendar days after the first date of this Public Notice. The Written protest must include: 1. A detailed statement of the legal and factual grounds for the protest; 2. A description of the resulting harm to the Affected Person; and 3. The relief requested. A protest must be clearly labeled and include the Special Procurement number.
