Description

Scope of Services The contractor will purchase, deliver, assemble and install all items listed in Attachment G and H or approved equal manufacturer. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify that the items listed in these attachments meet the power requirements for the space. PPS does not want to modify the electrical systems in the rooms and therefore, the contractor will need to make sure the loads are "like for like" with the old equipment being removed. The flooring is assumed to be asbestos and the contractor will need to have the required training or hire the appropriate industrial hygienist to remove the bolts that are lagged into the concrete floor through the asbestos tile. The contractor will be responsible to epoxy the holes left exposed from the removal of the floor bolts.
