Description

A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held October 25, 2018 @ 10:00 AM Pacific Time at the ODOT Meacham Maintenance Station crew room, 64462 Old Oregon Trail Rd, Meacham, OR. This project is to establish a Contract to provide a new maintenance facility for the benefit of ODOT. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Invitation to Bid and any addendum will be posted as attachments to this ORPIN Notice. ALL Plans and Specification documents can be found via this electronic link: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/r4l68lufxoi8sf3/AACxymPIAZOsATMDsDFw6Paxa?dl=0 A substitution request will only be considered if presented by a prime contractor that has attended the mandatory pre-Bid conference. No substitution requests will be accepted prior to the mandatory pre-Bid conference.
