Description

Scope of Services The Port's Pavement Management Program (PMP) encompasses inventory of approximately 50 million square feet of asphalt and concrete pavements on the airside and landside of Portland International Airport (PDX), Hillsboro Airport (HIO), Troutdale Airport (TTD), and Marine Terminals 2, 4, and 6. The pavements include, but are not limited to, airport runways, taxiways, aircraft aprons, parking lot, roadways, marine cargo pavements, intermodal rail yards, and import auto storage yards. The Port has developed an internal capability to inspect and evaluate pavements using PAVER™ version 7.0.2, Paver Field Inspector and mobile GIS applications. The successful Provider will provide visual inspections and will be asked to use Port mobile field applications to enter field inspection data, perform database reconciliation, and geometric updates to PAVER™ associated GIS shapefiles.
