The Oregon Department of Transportation is requesting information on possible options in: - Developing a comprehensive training program with the purpose of elevating the Agency's project delivery performance through the application of proactive risk management strategies; - Developing a suite of On Call Peer Review Workshop Services to assist project delivery during the planning, design and construction phases of projects in the areas of: cost/schedule risk analysis, value engineering analysis, and constructability analysis. - Availability of existing risk management strategies and value engineering trainings already developed that may fit our need
