CITY OF HILLSBORO Public WorksInvitation to Bid (ITB) – Public ImprovementWater Quality Facility and Outfall Repair ProjectNo. 201901-10003
The City of Hillsboro seeks sealed bids from qualified firms able to provide construction of:Schedule A:This schedule is for the construction of a new storm pipe extension within a 15-foot storm drainage easement split between 6003 SE Heike Street and 6005 SE Heike Street. The project includes new storm pipe, manhole, manhole inlet, outfall riprap, earthwork, erosion control measures, vegetative corridor plantings and temporary irrigation.
Schedule B, C, D:This schedule is for the repair of (3) three different existing vegetative water quality facilities. Work includes, excavation and removal of material, installation of new storm pipes, smart drains, cleanouts, ditch inlets, headwalls, outflow control structure with flow control orifices, manholes, reinforced concrete driveway, aggregate base access road, removable bollards, chain link fence and gate installation/relocation, split rail fence, outfall riprap, earthwork, erosion control measures, water quality facility vegetation plantings, and temporary irrigation.
There is no pre-qualification process for this ITB. Late bids will be rejected as non-responsive. Sealed bids will be received by Mark Gibson, Project Manager at: Public Works Department 4415 NE 30th Ave, 2nd Floor Hillsboro, OR 97124. A public bid opening will be held at this location at 2:00pm.
