This contract shall consist of providing the staff required to ensure safe movement of public and private haulers at Metro South Transfer Station outside the tipping buildings and providing staff to review loads for unacceptable wastes as they enter the site. Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Tour A voluntary pre-proposal conference and tour of MSS will be held at 2001 Washington St., Oregon City, OR 97045 on April 17, 2019 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. Interested proposers and subcontractors are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements. Metro has invited local Community Based Organizations (CBO) to the Pre-Proposal Conference. These organizations work in the areas that Metro is emphasizing in this RFP: Workforce Diversity and Contractor Diversity. Metro is envisioning this pre-proposal conference as an opportunity for potential proposers to get acquainted with potential local resources.
