DescriptionSole Source Justification pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 279B.075 and Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) 125-247-0275 for The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Transportation (ODOT), intends to enter into a contract for anti-litter and vandalism prevention campaign coordination with SOLVE, an Oregon non-profit. Under the proposed contract ODOT will provide money to SOLV for the purpose of supporting SOLV's existing series of litter and vandalism prevention and youth education programs and activities. No substantial involvement by ODOT is anticipated in the program or activities other than involvement associated with monitoring compliance with contract conditions. The term of the contract is expected to be about approximately 6 years, beginning July, 2019. Compensation is set at approximately $125,000 per biennium. Term and funds are estimates.
