Description1. Plan, attend and organize four (4), two (2) hour public meetings held in Portland, Salem, Roseburg and Bend. 2. Record meetings and provide documentation of meetings to Agency. 3. Summarize comments from public meetings and any additional comments received into a final document. 4. Create flyers for distribution announcing event and informational flyers that summarize the findings of the study. 5. Assist Agency with website content and email language that adheres to style and formatting requirement of the Agency.
