Description

Metro, on behalf of the Willamette Falls Legacy Project, is requesting proposals for Owner's Representative/Project Management Services for development adjacent to Willamette Falls on the site formerly occupied by the Blue Heron Paper Mill in Oregon City, OR. The Project is a partnership between Metro, Oregon City, Clackamas County and the State of Oregon The Owner's Representative works under the direction of Metro's Willamette Falls Legacy Project (WFLP) Manager. The WFLP Manager is responsible for managing projects within the broad scope of the Willamette Falls Legacy Project and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery, transparency, and accountability for capital projects in accordance with expectations of the four WFLP public partners. Pre-Proposal Conference A ***MANDATORY**** pre-proposal conference will be held at 370A of the Metro Regional Center, 600 NE Grand Avenue, Portland, OR 97232 on May 7th 2019 at 3:00 PM. Interested proposers are encouraged to attend the conference in order to gain information about the RFP requirements
