DescriptionThe State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Transportation, ("Agency"), is issuing this Request for Proposals for project management, stakeholder outreach, and the development of a detailed scope of work needed to complete and update the ODOT CADD Standards. In addition to those services in the above paragraph, Proposers must also be able to provide services to facilitate and capture best practices throughout the civil engineering industry for consideration of future process improvements for the delivery of engineering plans.
