Justice Center - Swing Stage Repairs and Maintenance PRE-BID CONFERENCE A pre-bid conference will not be held for these services. All questions in regards to the Sourcing Event must be submitted through the Q & A board. SPECIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Enter all your pricing into the document titled, Attachment 6 - Work Sheet and upload it as a Supplier Attachment. Enter the total amount for each line item from Attachment 6 - Work Sheet, in the Service Line Items Section. STATEMENT OF WORK and OTHER TERMS Ongoing Maintenance and Inspection Services for the Tractel Swingstage on the Multnomah County Justice Center, 1120 SW 3rd, Portland, Oregon 97204  See Attachment 1 – Specifications and Additional Requirements BID DOCUMENTS All documents for this bid, contract terms and conditions are available for view and download on the Buyer Attachments page of this Sourcing Event.  The Buyer Attachments page includes the following:  Procedural Instructions - This includes "Instructions for Bidders" and Contract Award Procedures Attachment 1 - Specifications and Additional Requirements Attachment 2 - Operations and Maintenance Manual Attachment 3 - Additional Operating Instructions Attachment 4 - OSHA 1910.66 – Power platforms, Manlifts, and Vehicle-mounted platforms Attachment 5 - Sample Suspended Scaffold Pre-Operation Inspection Checklist Attachment 6 - Work Sheet Sample Contract RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Contractor shall utilize and encourage the use of energy efficient appliances. Contractor shall plan for route optimization in providing services. Contractor shall make a reasonable effort to include diverse suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors in the conduct of your business and supply chain.  PREVAILING WAGE Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project for the repairs and maintenance work.  Contractor shall comply fully with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. The Contractor shall pay workers at no less than the specified minimum hourly rate of wage as provided in the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) publication titled "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon, which is incorporated herein by reference,  Every subcontract shall contain a provision requiring payment of prevailing wage pursuant to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870. Current Prevailing wage rate: Effective July 1, 2019 plus Amendments effective October 1, 2019. Bidders may also request a copy of the Prevailing Wage Rates and rules by calling the Bureau of Labor and Industries at (971) 673-0838. SERVICE PERIOD Services will be for a five-year period of time. BID BOND A Bid Bond will not be required for this solicitation.  PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS  Performance and payment bonds will not be required for this contract.  BID SUBMISSION Bids must be submitted electronically through this Sourcing Event.   Attachment 6 – Work Sheet must be completed and uploaded as a supplier Attachment. Total amount for each line item from Attachment 6 -  Work Sheet entered in the Service Line Items Section. CONTRACT AWARD Contract award will be made to the lowest responsive/responsible bidder based on the line item total.
