Acknowledgement of Addendum 1/ Amendment 1 prerequisite has been added to the prerequisites page. ________________________________________________________ MANDATORYPRE-BID CONFERENCE A MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 12:00 PM. Meeting will be at the Multnomah Building, Conference Room 126, 1st Floor. Multnomah Building is located at 501 SE Hawthorne Blvd., Portland, OR 97214.  Attendance is mandatory for bid eligibility. Participants will be required to sign an attendance roster to document participation in the conference.  PREQUALIFICATION All persons desiring to bid for contracts requiring prequalification shall submit a completed prequalification application to the Multnomah County Purchasing office via email to . Such statements shall be received at least 10 days prior to the date that bids are due. Bidders are required to pre-qualify in the required class of work for at least the amount of the bid. Failure to do so shall result in rejection of bid. Pre-qualification â€“ Complete and submit the Prequalification Application Form for the class(es) of work.  (1) Masonry (2) Building Construction BID DOCUMENTS All documents for this bid, contract terms and conditions, and project manual are available for view and download on the Buyer Attachments page of this Sourcing Event.  The Buyer Attachments page includes the following:  Responding to a Sourcing Event - MMP Supplier Guide Procedural Instructions - This includes "Instructions for Bidders" and Contract Award Procedures and Good Faith Effort Form Instructions Bidding Pages Project Manual including the Sample Contract Drawings SPECIFICATIONS AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS See Project Manual for specifications on Buyer Attachments page of this Sourcing Event.  PREVAILING WAGE Do apply to this Contract.  The wage rates to be paid are set forth in Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Works Contracts in Oregon, which is incorporated by reference. Copies are available from any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the Bureau of Labor and Industries. Copies are also available on the bureau's webpage at  Current Prevailing wage rate: Effective July1, 2019 plus amendment effective October 1, 2019. BID SUBMISSION Bids must be submitted electronically through this Sourcing Event. Documents required two (2) hours after bid closing time may be included at time of bid submission, if preferred.
